All shipments are carried out through our contracted courier services, and delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, ranging from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that weekends and national holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment transparently.
Upon delivery, we highly recommend inspecting the package before signing. If you notice any visible damage, deformation, or missing items, please request a damage report with the courier and refrain from accepting the package. Return and Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging intact.
All components, accessories, manuals, and promotional materials included with the product must be returned in full.
For personal care items (e.g., shavers or hair straighteners), due to hygiene standards, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fees:
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LynkTech will cover all return shipping costs.
For other return reasons, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
