This Distance Sales Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer on the website lynktech.co, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified on the website.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.
The returned product must:
Be unused and resellable,
Be sent back with its original packaging and all accessories.
Non-returnable products include:
Personal care items (such as shavers, hair straighteners, etc.) that have been unsealed due to hygiene concerns.
Products customized or manufactured specifically upon the buyer’s request.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller. Unless the product is defective, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer can complete the order using the payment methods available on the website. The invoice will be delivered either with the product or electronically.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the product details, price, payment, and delivery conditions on the website before placing the order and has approved the contract electronically.
If the delivery of the product is delayed beyond the legal timeframe, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
In case of force majeure or failure to deliver the product, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer and refund any payments made within 14 days.
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
This agreement shall be deemed to have been accepted and come into force when the Buyer approves it electronically.
